As far as my passion for fitness, I started working out religiously at the age of 12 years old. I was influenced by my father who when we visited some of our relatives my cousins and I had to fight to see who was the toughest for our fathers.
I was a competitive gymnast and power lifter throughout high school prior to joining the military. When I weighed 120 pounds I broke the state of Wisconsin's bench press record with a lift of 245 pounds. And in my prime I was able to do eight one-arm pull ups with each arm.
With one hand in my pocket and the other arm gripping the bar. My professional certifications and level of fitness and professionalism have blessed me to be able to develop a program that you will not find anywhere else in the world In its entirety.
I have developed a system that will take anyone's Strength to the next level. Teaching fitness is my passion and I live & Breath it every moment of every day.

I have trained 1000’s of people for the Navy SEALs, SWCC, EOD, Diver and Air Rescue applicants, and I always treated each and everyone as if they were my only trainee. I deliver personal customized training for everyone. One of my newest trainees dropped a minute off of his 3 mile run after receiving my Run training over a 5 minute phone call.
You do not need to purchase a “6 week program” then a “12 week program”. Learn my simple training methods/ and simply adapt your workout needs to your workouts in the future if desired.

I've been doing the band workouts you gave me for the last 3 days.
Neck exercised everyday and I dorsiflex back and Forth to the bathroom very often. Since We don't run/swim very often I try to focus a lot on core, calf raisers, dorsiflex,dips.
Everytime I walk in to a bathroom I drop and hit 50 push-ups
