As far as my passion for fitness, I started working out religiously at the age of 12 years old. I was influenced by my father who when we visited some of our relatives my cousins and I had to fight to see who was the toughest for our fathers.
I was a competitive gymnast and power lifter throughout high school prior to joining the military. When I weighed 120 pounds I broke the state of Wisconsin's bench press record with a lift of 245 pounds. And in my prime I was able to do eight one-arm pull ups with each arm.
With one hand in my pocket and the other arm gripping the bar. My professional certifications and level of fitness and professionalism have blessed me to be able to develop a program that you will not find anywhere else in the world In its entirety.
I have developed a system that will take anyone's Strength to the next level. Teaching fitness is my passion and I live & Breath it every moment of every day.

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2003 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer for the Military in the Kansas City area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle or to elite levels of fitness.
I will help all ages from 16 to 95 to achieve your personal fitness goals. Everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results mediately.

My Name is Roger Roberts, and this is your one-stop-shop for all your fitness needs from flexibility, agility, speed, Running, Swimming, strength and Mental Toughness training. My expertise comes from vast years of fitness experience from competitive powerlifting, gymnastics, 24 years of service as a Navy SEAL and 20 Post military years as a personal trainer for the US government to prepare individuals for SEAL, SWCC, Diver, EOD and Air Rescue Swimmer programs for the Navy.
My motto is the K.I.S.S. system, Keep It Super Simple fitness. Because of my system I have developed over the past 2 careers a system that will simplify and supercharge your fitness program to take you to a much healthier lifestyle or achieve elite levels of fitness. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I offer a multifaceted approach to helping you achieve your individual fitness goals. I offer consulting, critiquing and goal setting, via emails, calls, video conferencing and in person.
