I definitely see the value in learning all the techniques you taught us, ever beyond PSTs being able to do workouts the right way is big. Some of these guys are surprisingly struggling when we have to do thing like stay at = half-pushup for a while where you can't cheat on technique.

That being said Dive MO training in Boot Camp is a whole lot easier than the workouts we used to do in Parkville so the system you have down their is definitely a good program to get guys on the right track.
