Service Description

Over the last 35 years as a Navy SEAL, I have trained 1000's of individuals in running, swimmimg, strength training and Mental Toughness to become Navy SEALs, SWCC, EOD, Divers and Air Rescue Swimmers. Anyone wanting to get into and of the military Special Operations need this program. Working towards your military fitness test, will increase your exercise repetitions by an average of 40% after your 1st class with me. drop 30 seconds to 1 minute off you military test run time and 1-3 minutes off of your military swim test times. I will make your running and swimming as easy as walking. With this hourly mentoring, you will learn how to maximize your efficiency by learning, the proper exercise, mechanics and techniques for any, and all exercises you would do in your workouts. You will learn the science behind muscle movement and forever change the way you think and perform while working out.
